When Buying

Market Knowledge. We know the market extremely well. All you have to do is tell me what you’re looking for. What does your dream house look like? We are constantly looking at the market and know where to look to find the perfect home!

Scheduling. Ready to see a home in person? No problem! The best part is, I’ll even call the sellers (or their agent) for you. I’ll make sure to find a time that works best for you. 

Negotiating. When you’ve found the perfect home, I’ll help you negotiate the best price. I do this day-in and day-out. I know how to keep things fair and reasonable while also getting you a great deal. 

Paperwork. Buying a house comes with a lot of paperwork, but don’t worry, I deal with this paperwork all the time and understand it. I can help you understand it too! No more confusion with real estate jargon. 

You don’t pay the Realtor. When you use a Realtor to buy, you don’t pay us. Our pay comes from the sale of the home (the selling party). So when buying, you get all our work for free! Now why not use a Realtor?

When Selling

Advertising. Exposure is key when selling your home. You want to do much more than putting a sign out in your yard. If you sell with me, I not only put your home up on the MLS, but I also advertise it on my various social media platforms, Craig’s List and more! We want everyone to know that your house is for sale! And WE USE OUR OWN MONEY to do it! 

Scheduling. When buyers want to come see your home, I’ll schedule times for them to come tour the home. I’ll make sure it’s convenient for you and that your home is also looking gorgeous and buyer-worthy!

Negotiating. Just as I can help you negotiate from the buyer standpoint, I can help you from the selling stand point as well. We want to get you a great deal, but we also want it to be fair and reasonable. I can help you find the perfect deal!

Closing the Deal. I’ll help you find the perfect buyers and get them satisfied and moved in, but before we’re totally done, I’ll help you find your dream home too!
